Direct Thermal Oxidizer (TO)
TO is a system that introduces mixed flue gas and organic solvent gas (VOCs), benzene, sulfur dioxide, and other substances into a combustion chamber, where odorous substances are directly contacted with high-temperature flames to decompose and reduce them. At high temperatures above the ignition point (700~900°C), with a residence time of 1~1.5 seconds, the three conditions for highest treatment efficiency — high Temperature, Time, and Turbulence (3T conditions) — are all satisfied for effective treatment.
With a maximum treatment efficiency of over 99%, this technology applies a pre-heat heat exchanger to utilize recovered heat and increase recovery rates, while its compact structure saves installation costs and space.
